Shipping rates & delivery

Estimated transit after dispatch: Standard 5–12 days · Express 3–7 days. Express shipping is not included in the free standard shipping offer.

Delivery availability depends on your destination and carrier coverage. The shipping methods and final amount applicable to your address are confirmed at checkout.

Processing & tracking

Orders are normally prepared within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing time is separate from the transit estimates above. We email tracking information when available.

Discreet packaging

Orders arrive in plain outer packaging without sensitive product names or imagery on the parcel.

Canada: import duties & taxes

Applicable import duties and taxes are included for Canadian deliveries, so no additional import charges are due upon delivery. If a carrier unexpectedly requests an import-related payment, contact us before paying so we can help investigate.

Delivery questions & address changes

Please check your address before payment. If you need to change it, contact us promptly. We will try to help before dispatch, but changes cannot be guaranteed after a parcel enters carrier processing.

Transit may vary due to customs clearance, weather, local holidays or carrier delays. For a late or missing parcel, contact us with your order number and tracking details, preferably within 30 days of dispatch. We will investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution for confirmed delivery issues. This timing request does not limit your rights under applicable law.

Shipping charges already incurred after dispatch are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or when we confirm a seller-side shipping error.
